Nicole (11/27) - Video turned out great chris!  although I'll admit I'm gonna miss the poof disappearance stunt, but I'll never forget it. :)  I'm coming back in early tomorrow so I'll probly be around the school at 5 or so if anyone wants to meet before class.  Is there anything I should do for the flickr thing or video section?  Right now I'm guessing I'll just move from powerpoint to a separate internet window already on flickr page and do a slide show or point out especially good things while I'm talking about it, but I don't want to step on anyone's toes who is already talking about things developing in libraries.  If you need to get a message to me, it's best to call me on my cell or text me.  I don't have internet where I'm staying.  I'll email everyone my number.  See y'all tomorrow!

Hi Everybody!  Here's our Wiki.  I'll add more features tonight when I have some more time. Obviously, if you're ready to add to it, feel free to start! Really looking forward to working on this project with all of you and creating something interesting! 

Nicole here, I haven't had much time to look at this place, but I added a page and I thought maybe we could start a flickr group and invite libraries around the world to "show us their library 2.0" - any thoughts?

Chris--I added a whole bunch of stuff today as I won't be able to attend class tonight (10/31)...I'll try and update more later tonight. 

Liz Samaniego- I like the idea of starting a flickr group.  I wasn't in class this past wednesday and I won't be in class this coming wednesday (november 7) I have meetings at work I can't get out of. (I'm still trying) are we planning on meeting on Wednesday Nov 14 since he set aside taht day for group projects or try to work online together?

Nicole - I already started a flickr group - if you look to the sidebar there's a link there.  I have several members so far, but I can only invite people who are my contacts.  I'll try sending emails to you guys.  I haven't had time yet to find your emails so if you have time to email me - I'm ariafury at yahoo.

Liz Bernal (11/6/07)- I sent Nicole my email so that I can get included in the flickr page, I can't wait to see where that idea takes us.  I have some articles that I hope to upload tonight or tomorrow that are about Library Design and other aspects of what we are doing.  My only question so far is do we have enough time to visit a variety of libraries to get their ideas or should we try and contact them online through email etc?

Chris (11/6/07)--I agree Liz, we do have a bit of a time crunch.  Let's try and all get together on Wednesday (Liz, we'll post what we discuss here) and see if we can't come up with a final plan and what each of us can do to help reach it.  I

Nicole - Liz I didn't get your email but I found it in my update email from the wiki so everyone should be invited now.  I've invited everyone that I can, so I'm going to post it to my blog this week and maybe in ning, if y'all could too or a link to it or something that might help it grow.  I am hoping we might get some interesting images to use in our video, of course, we can also search for them, but this way is more fun.  I guess we can talk about everything wednesday, so I'll see y'all then.  If anyone can be there early I usually am, and I can stay late too.

UPDATE (11/7)- (Nicole)  I'm really sick, have been since Friday, but instead of getting better I'm worse today.  I'm not well enough to stay for class tonight, but I will try to make it through enough of the day to get over so we can meet before class.  If I feel better I can stay, but it's not probable.  So, I'll plan on meeting with anyone who can be there before class.

11/7--(Chris)  Hi Nicole.  I'll be in class by 5:30 if you want to meet.  If you're not feeling good and have arleady taken off, we'll catch you next week.

11/7 (nicole) - I just upgraded everyone to admin status in the flickr group.  i haven't done much in flickr groups, but i've discovered that if you're an admin when you see a pic you like you can invite the person to add their pic to the group.  so have if you see something good ask them to send it our way.  there was one i wasn't sure about dmsmlo?  is that one of you guys?  okay to bed and more on what we discussed tomorrow.
